4. Appointments & Cancellations

When scheduling an appointment:

You agree to show up on time or notify us of changes
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for the session
Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed at the standard session rate, unless waived at the discretion of the therapist

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to modify service fees with reasonable notice.

Refunds for services already rendered are not available, but if you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to reach out and discuss your concerns.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy
